Today I am telling you that how to start a new ready made garment store.
First off all you have to choose which category you want to start your shop, like Child wear, Gents wear or women wear. When you decided that which category you want start this is the first step of your progress towards your goal.
Number of things required for further is below :-
1. Find a shop (Rent or buy new one)
2. Now complete your furniture work as planned and space should be more for customer's.
3. A small space spare for trial room, it will be Plus point of your shop.
4. Invite your friends & family members at the time of shop start (first day)
5. Find a supplier from you have to buy Items
3. Complete your money requirement
4. Make a complete project of your expenses including shop rent, interest on capital and all other Charges that should be add in your purchased goods divide as quantity.
Like you have bought 100 unit of goods 100/- per unit and your all expenses is 1000/- for one month and you can sell all 100 units in one month than your units cost will be 110/-
5. Now you have started your shop but initial period you cant get big response for that you have do to connect with people through Newspaper Add, T.V. etc.
